Burj Al Arab is delighted to introduce a dedicated luxury helicopter service for guests wishing to experience their arrival at Dubai's landmark hotel from new heights.

Guests can reserve transfers to and from Dubai International Airport or book a scenic flight over Dubai.

With the introduction of the luxurious Augusta 109 Executive helicopter, Burj Al Arab guests can experience a unique and exciting form of transport.

This service is available to in-house guests and non-resident guests at the following prices:

One way airport transfer at the rate of AED 10,000 for in-house guests, and AED 13,000 for non-resident guests.
Scenic tour of Dubai can be booked for AED 13,000 for in-house guests, and AED 16,000 for non-resident guests.
Prices are subject to change and the service is subject to availability.

Please note that the weight of each passenger is required for every flight due to the International Civil Aviation Organisation regulations, and the United Arab Emirates GCAA regulations.

Please note that the helicopter will depart promptly at the time requested. We therefore advise guests to consider an appropriate pick-up time, allowing for possible flight delays, airport arrival procedures and VIP lounge transfer.

Due to a limited weight capacity, a complimentary luggage vehicle will collect guest's baggage and transport it to Burj Al Arab.
When reserving a transfer back to the airport, a compulsory luggage check-in is available to guests at least 3 hours prior to the helicopter pick-up time.

Tours will depart from Burj Al Arab's helipad on the 28th floor of the hotel. Guests can request additional flying time, charged by the hour.

In order for Burj Al Arab to proceed with any bookings, a valid credit card number needs to be provided along with a copy of both sides of the card and a copy of the guest's passport.
An authorisation will be taken on the credit card as a guarantee against late cancellation or a 'no show'.
The helicopter service can be booked only when Terms and Conditions are fully completed, signed by the guest and returned to Burj Al Arab.

We encourage guests to confirm bookings as early as possible (at least 48 hours prior) to avoid disappointment.
A cancellation fee will apply if the flight is cancelled within two days of the date of transfer. In the event of poor weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances out of our control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice. In this case, a Rolls Royce transfer will automatically be arranged at the standard airport transfer rates.
