The Mixology trolley is a fully functional mobile bar which glides from table to table as a team of trained mixologists concoct tailor-made cocktails for guests.

The mixologist asks a sequence of questions to establish the guest's tastes and will then make a recommendation based on their excellent knowledge. As each guest is different, so will the cocktails.

Each guest can give their cocktail a name and the mixologist can note down the ingredients so the guest can take it away with them to enjoy all over the world.
