At Jumeirah we take great care to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information are secure at all times. Our reservation process is handled on a secure server that encrypts information provided so as to protect against unauthorised use.

1. On the bottom right hand corner of the Booking page you will find a section called ‘Find Reservation’
2. Simply add your email address and confirmation number to retrieve your booking information.
3. Options are available to cancel or amend your booking.
